I've found a solution to my problem using some hints I found at
http://freetype.freedesktop.org/wiki/FreeType_20DLL
Actually, I've experienced troubles while using the sed script but I've
finally downloaded the package given on the page and,
after adding the 4 directories that are missing, I've simply used the
compile.bat to finish the work...
