Truetype to SWF

Hi,

any help here: The Macromedia Flash Generator can export Truetypes fonts as
external .fft files [not .ttf] so that Flash templates can be dynamically
filled with variable text.
I'd like to build a specific application that exports to the Flash [.swf]
format, and I need to use fonts too.
I could use the .fft files generated by the Flash Generator, if I did have
information on the file structure.
My other option is a tool that converts truetype data to the .swf format.

Any help, hints, etc?
