Yes, if `docwriter' becomes a separate package, it should be moved to
a separate git repository for simplicity, and `freetype/docwriter.git'
on github seems like a logical choice.  Recently something similar was
done for the fuzzer stuff.

Docwriter is now available on GitHub at

  https://github.com/freetype/docwriter

I'll be archiving my own repository (nikramakrishnan/docwriter) shortly, and

adding auto-deploy (to PyPI) for tagged commits.
