[ft-devel] Possible changes on tutorial page on FT website.

Hi all,

The tutorial page on FT website shows `freetype-config'

script as standard for retrieving compilation flags, and
`pkg-config' as an alternative solution. But as `freetype-config'

has been deprecated since version 2.9, `pkg-config' can be

made the standard instruction so that a newcomer does not

get confused for `freetype-config'.
