Tha's great. Just to be clear, passing "-file <fontfile> +raster-tests
-all-tables -stdout" on a small font file gives some sensible output, correct?

Yes, this is expected and perhaps more informative than I hoped for. I might be
able to give one more try to fix that before giving up (and tell people to just
use the command line...).
