Ideally we should get there... But right now, if there is a glyf table, FreeType loads from glyf table UNLESS a pixelsize exactly matching a strike in EBDT/CBDT is selected.

Currently, if font /has sbix table, we ignore glyf table.  We should do the same about CBDT (but NOT EBDT).  I checked the code, it's trivialish to make the change but I'm too lazy to test it.  Just documenting here for future reference and eventual fix.
