Ftview is not fit to show text because it adds extra pixel and ignores kerning. 
Mode 5 is mostly useless now, it doesn't add anything beyond the list of all 
glyphs an the waterfall. Indeed I want to replace it with charmap in Unicode 
order to reflect coverage, which is missing in ftview.

Ftstring is dedicated to text. It is a demo with kerning and some layout 
capabilities. This is where text samples belong to.
