Since there are still many users of K&R C and BCPL Freetype2 MUST
immediately implement such backwards compatibility.
Namely, use of ANSI prototypes must be forbidden, all function
declarations must return to the proper K&R C style and there must be a
cpp layer for BCPL compiler compatibility, which is a MUST HAVE for
this project.
Also, function calls must not exceed three (3) arguments for better
6502 compatibility and other embedded systems!!!!
