FT_Outline_EmboldenXY only changes the outline and its bounding box. The 
dimensions of the letter is changed very predictably by xstrength and 
ystrength. The outline is shifted by half of the strengths so that the 
bottom-left of the bounding box stays in place. Makes sense?
