It's really not a good idea to maintain multiple project files for each ide. If generated project is somehow worse that handcrafted maybe it's better to fix cmake files?

This is tagged as beta, however...

I don't mind adding another project file to FreeType, especially if it
is for a freely available, multi-platform IDE.

Any objections?
