Hi,

Forgot to add:

There are at least two types of PFR fonts.  FreeType only supports
"PFR0" fonts.  There is another format, "PFR1", also known as "compressed
PFRs", that (AFAIK) is undocumented & proprietary.  The first 4 bytes
in a PFR font file are the string "PFR0" or "PFR1", to identify the type.
