    - The function `FT_Get_CharMap_Index' was only declared, without
      any real code.  For consistency, it has been renamed to
      `FT_Get_Charmap_Index'.  (This function is needed to implement
      cmap caches.)

I've updated ftcommon.i (from ft2demos) accordingly -- without this
patch, something like

  ftview -e big5 50 mingli.ttf

would use the wrong cmap (since ftview uses a cmap cache).

As usual, such bugs are found just after a release...
