Sorry, Pascal bindings do not exist for FT2. Feel free to contribute
some if you want.

As for version 1, "ftpascal" are not bindings but a complete TrueType
font engine entirely written in Pascal. Shocking isn't it ;-)

Fact is that this was the first version of FreeType ever made.
I was a big Pascal head in the past.
