FT_New_Face in ftobjs.c is protected by #ifndef macintosh, and there is a
comment
'there's a Mac-specific extended implementation of FT_New_Face() in
src/mac/ftmac.c'
but no mac directory or ftmac.c exists in the FreeType 2.1.0 distribution.
So I think the '#ifndef macintosh' and the matching '#endif', and the
comment, should be deleted.
