My idea was that FT_Manager_Lookup_Face should be used to request
face data, not FTC_Manager_Lookup_Size though it seems an interesting
improvement..

If there isn't any objection to it, we can change the behaviour
of this function to return a FT_Face handle when there is one
available..

Werner, what's your opinion ??
