When I use FT_Get_Glyph(glyphslot, glyph) the advance for the glyph
doesn't seem to be the same as the value for the glyphslot. Is there a reason
for this?
Also when I do a FT_Glyph_To_Bitmap(glyph) the already incorrect (I assume)
advance value gets set to zero. Is there a reason for this?
BTW, I'm implementing Freetype on GGI that's why I ask.
