The C99 specification is available online in PDF format (for a fee of
18 USD).  Compare this to the cost of 250 USD for a hard copy version
of it.

If you want this specification, go to http://webstore.ansi.org, click
on find, and search for 9899.  The full specification title is
ANSI/ISO/IEC 9899:1999.
