Hi Tom,

  Thanks for your fix. Actually, the definition of StokeWidth was
  incorrect (not the code to load it).

  I have also added a new macro named FT_FRAME_BYTES to read
  the FileName, etc.. directly in <freetype/internal/ftstream.h>
