VC++...who would have guessed...;)
Seriously, I find it a bit pointless to work around every
single silly bug (or incompatibility) like this one. It 
only makes maintainence harder since someone has to remember 
all these work arounds. People should learn to avoid those
non-conformant proprietary languages/compilers/tools anyway.
