Log message:
* Added Johannes Manhave's LaTeX docs (plus some modifications)
* Support for multiple songs playing at once
* Support for explicit polling of certain songs
* Fix for SCI(0)1 vocabulary initialisation
* Songs now automatically stop all channels they were registered for when
they finish
* Removed some debug output
* Refactored some MIDI information into sci_midi.h
