Have you tried to create a simple symbolic link from i386-linux to
i686-linux in the redist directory?
Maybe I didn't express myself correctly
My concern is whether ripper.so (which seems compiled
for the i686 platform) will be able to run in a machine
that only has a i586 processor.
I'm trying to figure out if that's the problem
