This week:
Worked with Stephen Smith to resolve Dave Nystrom's explicit
instantiation problem.
Compiled all test programs, submitting patches as necessary to permit
compilation.
Committed numerous patches.
Next week:
Finish implementation of interpolation and restriction operators.
