[Freefont-bugs] FreeSerif with anchors

Hi,

I started adding anchors to FreeSerif. So far juste one anchor, called
"above" for the Latin script diacritics. Only a few base glyphs have
the anchors, vowels from the Basic Latin Block and a couple more from
Latin-1 or IPA Block. I'll try to add the same anchors in the Italique
and Bold variants.

I should add more anchors and to all fonts later on.
These anchors will probably not make any difference unless you are
using a renderer capable of using the GPOS table for Latin script
(there a patch on the way for Pango to do that).
