The internal rendering engine received some changes in 2.0. Marcus and JJC 
confirmed a slight performance gain I observed and intended.

Pls. post the output of

$ fluidsynth --version

for both 1.1.11 and 2.0.1.

Also, in the fluidsynth shell, enter the following commands and post the 
results for both versions (or if you only use QSynth, look those values up in 
the configuration):

> get synth.cpu-cores

> get synth.audio-channels

> get synth.audio-groups

> get synth.effects-groups

> get audio.jack.multi

> get audio.driver
