Yep, I did this, with the addition that I show the date of the latest
announcement. So it's something like this (with the timestamp
format localised):

History of Fle3
_Notes_: 0 new / 2 total
_Artefacts_: 0 new / 1 total
_Announcements_: 14:58 15.01.2005
