Update of bug #16041 (project ff3d):

                Category: Surface mesh generation => Language
                Severity:              3 - Normal => 2 - Minor
                  Status:                    None => In Progress
             Assigned to:                    None => delpinux

Follow-up Comment #1:

This is not a surface mesh generator bug:
- the solve bloc do not use any domain. It is "solve(u) in M" and should
contain "solve(u) in Omega by M".
- The problem here is a wrong error message. It should say: "cannot use
POVRef boundary in standard FEM discretization. Specify a domain to do so:
'solve (u) in Omega by Mesh'" or so.
