To piggyback what Christian says above, yea, Fabric's in the middle of
a transition right now, as well as undergoing the usual occasional
spurt of feature work.

I've been meaning to go over the module-related changes and either
bless or tweak them, and like Christian have been pretty busy lately
with other things. It's still very much on my plate, just pre-empted
by paid work and similar things :)

At any rate -- the current state of the 'master' branch in the
official repo contains the feature work I've done lately, but the
in-progress module stuff is safely tucked away in a separate branch.
So, users such as Dan should be able to use the current master without
worrying too much about stability issues.
