Details:

Hello!
    I have downloaded the package from the official website.The "./configure"
is fine.But after the "make",the computer displayed that 
some parameters undecleared ,as the attached figure shows.Also,I submit the
figure about configuration.
    I am so puzzled that almost all the versions present the same
problems,namely the undecleared parameters .And these parameters belong to
"Tcl_***"type.
    The system used is ubuntu. And I installed all softwares needed(as I
know).By the way ,I am the newer in the field of simulation. Looking forward
to your help.
