Brady,

Enigma uses the same directory most (newer) applications use to store
user preferences, i.e.,

C:\Documents and Settings\%WINDOWSUSERNAME%\Application Data

I fear that you also erased your Enigma scores while formatting the hard
drive :-(  

This has become a common question, maybe I should put this in the
manual.
