         'emacs-wiki-mode-hook
         (lambda ()
            (require 'sgml-mode)
            (setq skeleton-transformation 'identity)
            (local-set-key "\C-c\C-t" 'sgml-tag)))

Lets you use the structured editing function SGML-TAG from within
emacs-wiki-mode.
