The process isn't based on the Emacs-Wiki HTML publishing (sorry), but on the
planner-rdf add-on. (The unfiltered HTML version is strictly for my own use.)

For each edition (project- or audience-wise) there is a script that goes
through the existing Planner items and looks for inclusion/exclusion criteria,
defined in an extra RDF file. Currently these are mostly based on project page
name and audience tags like {{audience:me}}, {{audience:team_x}} ...

The mechanism allows me a) to filter, and b) to assign a plan element to
more than one project/category (ages ago we had an e-mail conversation about
this, I think).

BTW, how hard would it be to hide tags like {{Tasks:...}}, and
{{audience:...}} behind little icons?  Adding many tags makes the text
confusing. I'm thinking of something like little flags for language tags ...
