set-frame-parameter fullscreen

GNU Emacs 22.0.93.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
 of 2007-01-29 on quant8

1. (set-frame-parameter nil 'fullscreen 'fullheight)
   takes a noticeable time to execute (few seconds).

2. there is no way to undo its effects (the emacs frame - the window
   from the Gnome's POV - becomes unresizeable in the vertical direction)
