I'm afraid the above information is not too useful for debugging. I
think the "Reporting Bugs" section in Emacs info is good to read.

Are you using a "distribution" of precompiled Carbon Emacs? Then,
please try the latest CVS if possible in order to rule out the
possibility of:
* The bug is already fixed (2006-03-22 is rather old.)
* Some local changes in the "distribution" affect the unstableness.
