No. See discussion with Stefan. The first line shouldn't use "binding" in a
different sense from the rest of the doc string. The first line should say
"Call FUNCTION once for each event bound in KEYMAP". The problem is that
"binding" sometimes means the command (or keymap) that an event is bound to,
and it sometimes means the pair: event plus what it's bound to.
