Sorry if I wasn't sufficiently explicit before.
I'd be inclined to use those definitions of GC_SETJMP_WORKS and
GC_MARK_STACK by default. I don't know of any platforms on which they
won't work with the additions needed for SPARC and IA64 which Emacs
already has. I checked the platform-specifics in Boehm's GC code for
other exceptions a while ago, so it's probably OK for all platforms of
interest, anyway.
