Hmm, after cvs update and remaking, I still have the problem.
BUT: After applying the patch you sent around today (10 March - your
local patch), the calendar seems to be working again for me. That's
good. The mystifying behaviour is not quite explained though by this,
and perhaps that's less satisfactory ...
