I apologize about not noticing etc/NEWS and etc/PROBLEMS. I've never
encountered an application with an etc directory before, and after
running ls in it, I was overwhelmed. Anyway, I thank you very much for
pointing me toward them, as they contained a lot of useful information.

Okay, back to UTF-8. With regard to CJK being disabled to default, I
believe that this decision is rather prejudicial to many Asian users. Do
you feel differently?
