Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
The function `comment-box' in newcomment.el is not currently
autoloaded, despite it being an interactive function.
I suggest that an autoload cookie is added.
In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.11 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.2.4)
of 2004-01-19 on yam
