Should we force window splitting in this important
situation?  But, I don't know how to force it.

Perhaps, we shuold use `highlight' face instead of
`underline' because it seems that no one disables it (do
you?).

Thank you for the suggestion.  But, *Warning* buffer already
contains many lines.  Don't you have any idea of adding the
information above while keeping *Warning* buffer concise?
