re: New pretest 21.2.95

Hi,
clean compile (incl leim) on GNU/Linux Mandrake 9.0 (gcc3.2)
makes X11 version for me with default configure.
and on GNU/Linux Suse 8.0 (gcc2.95.3)
which seems to indicate that it is making the X11 version but
builds the console version - I'm assuming this is my problem.
a handful of warnings in the w32 source files under Win2K-SP1 and Mingw-2.0.0
all versions startup and seem sane so far.
BTW 2003 is missing for the copyright from a number of files, INSTALL etc
I just did a grep -i for Copyright
