Aqua/CVS integration problem

From: Steve Wainstead

I cannot check in files via \C-xvv when running Emacs in Aqua; inside
Terminal it works fine. I get a timeout from the server.

I even took the steps to start Emacs, manually load vc-cvs.el from
the 21.3.50 lisp directory, then open the file under CVS control and
tried to check it in.

More puzzling is that other commands like \Cxv= (cvs diff) do work on
individual files; in dired under cvs "v =" will not work (also gets a
server timeout).

I have tested this bug both at work, and at home with the Sourceforge
CVS server, so I'm pretty confident it's not a problem with the setup.

In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.4 (powerpc-apple-darwin6.2)
 of 2002-12-26 on swain-computer.local.
configured using `configure '--with-carbon' '--without-x''
