....I know this is a corner case...

When I export the subtree "mathjax test": C-c @ C-c C-e B of the example file
below, 
(please note that the PROPERTY "EXPORT_TITLE" does not have a value!!)
the exported HTML file (000000-bbbbb.html) has 

the "tag" :EXPORTFILENAME: 000000-bbbbb.html as a title.
