    Improve documentation of 'emacs-version'
    
    * doc/emacs/trouble.texi (Checklist): Mention the possibility of
    invoking 'emacs-version' with a prefix argument.
    
    * lisp/version.el (emacs-version): Improve doc string.  (Bug#53720)
