    Prevent redrawing if frame is garbaged
    
    * src/nsterm.m ([EmacsView viewWillDraw]): Cancel drawing if the frame
    has been garbaged.
    * src/xdisp.c (expose_window_tree, expose_frame): Remove NS only
    exceptions.
