    Rename some mwheel options, for consistency
    
    * lisp/mwheel.el (mouse-wheel-tilt-scroll)
    (mouse-wheel-flip-direction): Rename from mwheel-tilt-scroll-p,
    mwheel-flip-direction.
    (mwheel-scroll): Update for option renaming.
    * doc/emacs/frames.texi (Mouse Commands):
    Update for option renaming.
