    Add support for arguments in ALTERNATE_EDITOR to emacsclient
    
    * lib-src/emacsclient.c (fail): Parse ALTERNATE_EDITOR, or
    corresponding command-line argument, into space-separated tokens.
    * etc/NEWS: Document.
    * test/lib-src/emacsclient-tests.el: Add a test.
