    Remove buggy non-native image scrolling
    
    This never worked, and could cause infinite recursion.
    Problem reported by Glenn Morris (Bug#22465).
    * lisp/xwidget.el (xwidget-webkit-scroll-behavior): Remove.
    All uses removed.
