    Document deprecation of hi-lock-mode's 'C-x w' bindings
    
    * doc/emacs/display.texi (Highlight Interactively): Deprecate the
    "C-x w" bindings of hi-lock-mode.
    
    * etc/NEWS: Mark the deprecation entry as documented.
