    Document new features of Rmail
    
    * doc/emacs/rmail.texi (Rmail Summary Edit, Rmail Deletion):
    Document new behavior of 'd' and 'C-d' with numeric argument.
    (Rmail Display): Document the rendering of HTML MIME parts.
