    * lisp/emacs-lisp/inline.el: Fix up copyright header.
    (inline-quote, inline-const-p, inline-const-val, inline-error):
    Silence compiler warnings.
    (inline-letevals): Fix edebug spec.
    (inline--testconst-p): Consider lambda expressions as const-p.
    (inline--getconst-val): Use inline--testconst-p.
